Representatives from The Commonwealth Companies presented a proposed workforce housing development near downtown Trinidad that would include 34 units of two- and three-bedroom housing and EV parking spaces. Teddy Goltzman said the company was "asking the LAC BoCC for a letter of support for a proposed workforce housing project in Trinidad" to accompany a CHFA grant application.
