Las Animas County tabled payment of a $2,000 invoice for RAVE/IPAWS mobile safety services at its Nov. 5 meeting after commissioners said the bill must be addressed to the county for audit purposes. Emergency Manager Joe Richards described prior efforts to implement the program and said he would have the vendor reissue the invoice to Las Animas County rather than the E-911 Authority or the City of Trinidad.
