A presenter walked the board through the OCRA comprehensive planning grant process and recommended timing, procurement steps and public-engagement activities. The presenter said the RFP process requires advertising, a 30-day response period, a scoring committee and interviews, and noted staff (Victoria and Kylie) would conduct community surveys and engagement activities.
