Pierce County commissioners voted to approve the Keith Burbach lot split in part of the W½ NW¼ in Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 1 West. Zoning Administrator Heather McWhorter presented the lot-split request and the board approved it by motion; the minutes record the action as approved with Steinkraus and Albers voting in favor and Martinson absent.
