The board approved a 5.56-acre lot split in part SE¼ SE¼ of Section 12, Township 26 North, Range 2 West in Pierce County after a presentation by Zoning Administrator Heather McWhorter.

Zoning Administrator Heather McWhorter presented the Meinke lot split and the Pierce County Board of Commissioners approved the split on Jan. 20. Commissioner Brad Albers moved to approve the Meinke lot split for 5.56 acres in part SE¼ SE¼ of Section 12, Township 26 North, Range 2 West in Pierce County; Chairman Carl Martinson seconded and the motion carried with both commissioners present voting aye.
