Director Bonner (speaker S1) delivered the directors report, saying "Responses for last month, 808" and explaining that February's shorter month affects the count but that total calls last year were 10,976 and will grow as the year continues (SEG 204-221). He emphasized long-term averages by zone and said Manchester has the larger variance because it covers a big part of the county.
