Courtney, a representative of the Coffee County Library—Tullahoma branch, outlined the branch's 2027 request, asking for a 5% salary increase for employees with an exception for part‑time staff and a raise to $15 per hour for part‑time workers. "We are asking for $15 an hour for part time employees again," Courtney said.
