Sheriff's Office uniform contract awarded to A1 Uniforms after stock concerns
Although Gall's submitted lower prices on many items, Sgt. Michael Murphy recommended A1 Uniforms because Gall's items were often out of stock; the Board voted unanimously to accept A1 Uniforms' bid.

The Board reviewed bids for Sheriff’s Office uniforms from Gall’s, A1 Uniforms and GT Distributors. Sgt. Michael Murphy told commissioners that, despite lower prices from Gall’s, items from that supplier were frequently out of stock and recommended awarding the contract to A1 Uniforms. Commissioner Evans Martin moved to accept A1 Uniforms; the motion carried unanimously.
