County approves release of performance bonds and accepts maintenance/infrastructure for three subdivisions
The Commissioners Court approved release of performance bonds and acceptance of maintenance bonds or infrastructure for Ellis Ranch Manor ($3,390,000 performance bond to maintenance bond), Estates of Palmer (release of 2‑year maintenance bond, accept ~4,500 ft of new road), and Thunder Ridge Phase 3 (release and accept maintenance bond just over $288,000). All motions passed unanimously.
