Highway Superintendent Cody Skogberg asked the board to authorize two Bridge Improvement Grant (BIG) applications for local structures: Structure No. 10-340-388 (2.2 miles north and 2.0 miles east of Vale on Youngberg Road over Horse Creek) and Structure No. 10-152-240 (13.4 miles north and 5.2 miles east of Belle Fourche on Brooker Road over Indian Creek). The board moved to allow the chairman and auditor to sign the applications; the motion passed unanimously.
