City staff presented findings that multiple residential structures are substandard, uninhabitable and pose safety risks. For 2407 Camp Street, staff reported repeated police and code activity and structural collapse in the center portion; staff said the owners consented and the city will perform in‑house demolition using city equipment, with haul‑off costs covered by CDBG grant funds.
