At its Jan. 5, 2026 meeting, Chairman Brad Albers noted that the Open Meetings Act is posted in the boardroom and County Clerk Shannon Wragge certified that meeting notice and agenda availability requirements were met.

Chairman Brad Albers called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and stated, "The Open Meetings Act is posted on the north wall of the board room with more copies available at the County Clerk’s office." The board recorded that notice of the meeting had been given in advance as shown by the certificate of publication on file in the county clerk’s office.
