The Board of Supervisors approved a resolution, moved by Supervisor Justin Brandt and seconded by Supervisor Ritch Kurtenbach, to omit the Middle Cedar Watershed Management Authority Articles of Agreement dated June 16, 2016 and replace them with a 2026 version effective Sept. 22, 2026. The action cites Chapter 28E of the Code of Iowa as the statutory basis for intergovernmental agreements.
