Plan commission approves 613,714-sq-ft Avon Logistics Building 6 plan

The commission voted to approve DPR 26-07, a development plan review that would permit construction of a roughly 613,714-square-foot industrial building (identified as Building 6) on a new Lot 3 within the Avon Logistics Center PUD. Planning staff said the site plan, landscape plan and building elevations meet the PUD and UDO requirements "with no waivers being requested or deemed necessary" and recommended approval subject to three standard conditions. Staff also noted the plan includes a pedestrian connection from County Road 100 and additional parkway trees along the frontage.
