The Red Willow County Board voted to appoint David Urbom, Ryan Wilcox and Brian Esch to a Public Defender Policy Board during the Sept. 28 meeting. The board was created to assist in finding a replacement for Ryan Wilcox, who is identified in the minutes as the current public defender. The motion to appoint the three individuals passed on roll call with Commissioners Gans, Dean and Fritsche voting aye.
