Jimmy Henry, program leader for Prairie View A&M University’s community and economic development unit, introduced Ann Marie Torres as the university’s extension agent assigned to Jim Wells County. "This is, an expense that's totally covered by Prairie View A and M University," Henry said, explaining the appointment and extension partnership with AgriLife Extension.
