Town Administrator Danielle Loring provided the Selectmen with a memo from Erica Bufkins of the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments (AVCOG) about amending Minot’s Comprehensive Plan. Selectman Dean Campbell asked what risk the town faced if it did not pursue the change; Loring said the town could be sued if a builder sought to develop a parcel the existing plan restricted.
