Butler RDC requires building inspection, clarifies owner consent for facade grants
The RDC moved to require a building inspection (completed and submitted with applications), discussed owner consent when lessees apply, and agreed inspection costs could be reimbursed if the grant is later approved.

Members agreed the application should require a completed building inspection before the RDC reviews an application. Committee member (S6) and Chair said DeKalb County Development Services is the preferred inspector and that applicants should supply a copy of the inspection with submission; the commission discussed reimbursing inspection fees if the grant is approved.
