Committee members agreed to start the March 26 meeting at 4:00 p.m. to accommodate budget presentations by up to five department heads ahead of the regular 5:00 p.m. Budget & Finance meeting. Members recommended 10–15 minutes per department and a first-come, first-served sign-up process. Staff (Laura) was tasked with sending notices and maintaining an active spreadsheet to track presenters.
