Valley County commissioners approved a batch of land‑use items and a development agreement on Sept. 28. Director Herrick presented the Tamarack Resort 2nd Amended Phase 1 final plot; the board acknowledged sanitary restrictions were satisfied, accepted the owner's declaration of utilities (instrument #278277) and authorized the chairman to sign the plot.
