Consumer advocate says it will scrutinize HECO’s rebasing request
The Division of Consumer Advocacy told the PUC it will independently review Hawaiian Electric’s rebasing proposal, conduct information discovery, and submit analysis and recommendations to the commission before it renders a written decision.
