The Shenandoah County Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) certified its closed session and approved individual education and family services plans on Aug. 5, 2026. The board moved into closed Executive Session at 10:29 a.m. to consider IEP and IFSP service approvals under Virginia law; the motion to enter closed session was made by Leea Shirley and seconded by Leigh Sicina.
