Planning staff attended the commission meeting and were given a concise explanation that approved RC-1 and RC-2 forms are forwarded to OHS in Columbus for final review.

Jennifer Kiper of the Planning department asked for a basic overview of how the Records Commission functions and how it pertains to her office; Records Manager Dave Hodgson explained the county process. Hodgson told attendees that "the Commission votes on RC-1 and RC-2 forms that departments submit before they are then forwarded to OHS in Columbus for final review."
