The board reviewed documentation that William Young (MS90008997) supplied under a Decision and Order signed Oct. 17, 2024 requiring quarterly reporting of permits pulled under his Master Plumbing license as a condition of a one-year probation. Because the board lacked a quorum for that agenda item, members moved to table the vote on whether Young had met the conditions; Fred Jokinen moved to table the agenda item until the next meeting and the motion carried 2–0.
