The commission tabled a Municipal Court RC-2 submission because no court representative attended to resolve multiple technical retention issues, including an incorrect Sup.R. citation and changes that would reduce retention from 12 years to 2 years for certain files.

The Wayne County Records Commission voted to table a Municipal Court RC-2 submission that had been carried over from the Nov. 6, 2025 agenda after no Municipal Court representative attended to answer technical questions. Jane Carmichael moved to table the item; Angela Poth-Wypasek seconded, and the motion carried.
