Commissioner Sellen told the board that the county's water system is operating normally and that year-to-date sales are above 2024 and 2025 levels. He provided milestones for capital projects, including completion of phase 1 of the Pleasant Hill Road 24-inch PCCP retirement and issuance of a notice to proceed for phase 2 on April 28; the completion target was stated as August 26, 2026.
