Board adopts published resolutions; one commissioner records abstentions
The Morris County Board adopted the resolutions published on the July 8 agenda. Commissioner Mastrangelo recorded abstentions on items listed in the record as "5 44, 5 52, 5 59" and voted yes on the remaining resolutions.

After closing the public-comment period, the board moved to adopt the resolutions as published on the agenda. The motion was seconded and the clerk called the roll. The clerk recorded an abstention by Commissioner Mastrangelo on items the transcript lists as "5 44, 5 52, 5 59" while recording yes votes from other members for those not abstained on.
