During the Sept. 21 meeting public-comments period, courthouse maintenance worker Rod Nelson reported on curbs around the Courthouse block and provided an update on a new generator installation and gas hookup. Margaret Valladao, the county’s Weed Superintendent, described force weed control efforts earlier in the year and an upcoming Nebraska Department of Agriculture evaluation of her office.
