On Sept. 3 the Planning Commission approved several site-plan and PUD items. The commission granted final PUD approval for a Cate Road project proposing 28 cabins; staff noted one minor utility item remained but could be resolved administratively. A four-unit townhome site plan on River Valley Circle was approved subject to resolution of a remaining staff comment. QEC3 Partners received preliminary approval for a redesigned 43-unit PUD at Bogart Drive, with staff noting outstanding items including confirmation of stream-related requirements with the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TDEC) and drainage calculations.
