Coolbaugh supervisors table rezoning ordinance for Monroe County parcel
The board voted unanimously to table Ordinance 163-2026, which would rezone Monroe County Tax Parcel No. 03.7.1.25 (Property ID 03635600069823) from I-Industrial to WC-Woodland Conservation, saying more due diligence and follow-up were needed after public hearing testimony.
