Boone County approves Conditional Use Permit for Dennis Bloom to split 5-acre parcel
The board approved a conditional use permit allowing Dennis Bloom to split off a 5-acre parcel in SW1/4 Section 19 (T20N, R8W) to build a house; zoning staff said the parcel meets A-1 district requirements and the Planning Commission recommended approval.

On Aug. 26 the Boone County Board held a public hearing and approved a Conditional Use Permit for Dennis Bloom to split off a 5-acre parcel in the Southwest Quarter, Section 19, Township 20 North, Range 8 West, for the purpose of building a house. Zoning Administrator Victoria Olson told the board the parcel complies with A-1 zoning rules, including the "no more than two houses per quarter" standard and minimum five-acre parcel size.
