Bids for grading and culvert road projects had been opened at the Aug. 17, 2026 meeting. On Sept. 14 the commissioners reviewed the documents and, with no questions raised, approved and authorized the chairman to sign the Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed and related agreements. The transcript records the projects were awarded to the next apparent low bidder.
