Chair: holds released; Joint Budget Committee to meet Tuesday for peer issues

During consideration of the captions, Representative Collins asked for a formal acknowledgment that previously placed holds had been released. A committee co-chair responded on the record: "And so, I announced as chair that all holds will be released... without objection, all those holds were released last week as of today, and that's when we had them work out." The co-chair directed members to raise any grievances now as the body moved through the packet.
