The Village Board approved payment of claims and expenses as presented in the meeting packet. Member Joseph Conrad moved and Member Kim Schledewitz seconded approval; the motion passed unanimously (YEAS: Hart, Engleman, Purviance, Conrad, Schledewitz). The claims list in the minutes includes payroll, utilities (Black Hills Energy, Vistabeam, AT&T), insurance, bond payment to Bok Financial, supplier invoices (Border States, Western Nebraska Joint Water Board), and multiple smaller vendor charges.
