Board accepts 2023–2024 audit, notes routine finding on segregation of duties

Jim Gardner of Casey Peterson arrived and presented the 2023–2024 fiscal year audit to the Board. Gardner reported no significant findings aside from a routine issue: a lack of segregation of duties due to the small size of the office staff, which he described as common for small entities. Member Neal Hart moved and Member David Purviance seconded acceptance of the audit; the Board unanimously voted to accept the report.
