Arlington County on March 14 approved solar power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Dominion Energy Solutions Solar Development, LLC to provide solar services at four county facilities: Quincy 1 (1425 N. Quincy St.), Quincy 3 (1435 N. Quincy St.), the Equipment Bureau (2701 S. Taylor St.), and the Central Library (1015 N. Quincy St.). The Board authorized the County Manager to execute the PPAs and any related documents in a form approved by the County Attorney; the consent motion passed 5–0.
