Item 13 (an appeal by Jamie Angel) was held by unanimous vote until the committee’s Oct. 12 meeting so the applicant can appear and answer follow-up questions. Staff said the denial was based on false information on the application and an unpardoned felony; the applicant had submitted a written statement asking the committee to consider his long history of bartending and family financial needs but was not available to appear in person.
