At 10:28 a.m. the board voted to enter a closed session for labor-negotiations strategy planning pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03, subdivision 1(b). The motion to enter closed session (action 26/08-09) was made by Commissioner Christensen and seconded by Commissioner Westerberg and carried unanimously.
