Ordinance O-26-02, amending the Town of Springdale zoning ordinance for R-2 district requirements, was approved on first reading by the council on June 22. Councilmember Fecas moved to approve the ordinance and Councilmember Reeley seconded; the motion passed unanimously with five members present and two absent.
