Council heard from staff and the town engineer about a comprehensive update to Chapter 50 (sewage works), expanding and modernizing provisions to give the wastewater department clearer regulatory and enforcement tools. Staff said the rewrite quadrupled the number of provisions and included enforcement language developed with the engineer and reviewed by counsel.
