Wichita County moves to notify ViaPath it will not renew inmate‑phone master services agreement
The court voted 5–0 to notify ViaPath Technologies (successor to GTL/Global Tel Link) that the county intends not to renew its master services agreement for inmate telephone services at the end of 2026 and authorized jail leadership to pursue alternative providers.
