Wayne County’s Committee on Public Services voted to forward to the full board a retroactive one-year contract with a one-year option to renew with B and B Landscaping to provide boulevard mowing and herbicide application across county boulevards. Staff said the contract consolidates previous split contracts so one vendor will cover both east and west boulevard mowing.
