The St. Bernard Parish School Board voted 8–0 to return an application that arrived after the advertised delivery deadline for its superintendent search. The board moved to return the submission for failure to meet the posted receipt-by date, with President announcing the motion and recording Miss Bowman as the mover and Mister Long as the seconder.
