The Town Board voted to participate in New York State’s Climate Smart Communities program and to create an intermunicipal task force with representatives from the town and the village of Cornwall-on-Hudson. The resolution names initial members and designates Nicole Augustine and Kurt Chanski as co-coordinators, and it authorizes the supervisor or designee to take administrative steps necessary to participate in the statewide program.
