Commission outlines 2025 spending plan, notes encumbrances and gateway allocation

The commission recapped annual expenses and the proposed spending plan for ongoing projects. Bill Warren said the commission’s expense total for the year was $124,006.69 and referred members to the packet invoice list for details. He also said the spending plan shows a $200,000 allocation for a gateway project and that the commission had encumbered funds — including roughly $62,800 carried into 2025/2026 for an unfinished entranceway and about $39,000 in expected prior-year payments.
