County seeks more records from Vector Control; joint meeting, SDAO help or oversight powers discussed

County Manager Will briefed the board that follow-up requests for governance, finance, purchasing authority and public-meetings documentation from the Vector Control District remain only partially fulfilled. "My recommendation is that we've kinda discussed this in the past, but haven't taken action on it," Will said, and he urged scheduling a second joint meeting and providing the district a checklist of exactly which items the county needs in advance.
