Board appoints Bill Stewart to alcoholic beverage board

The board approved the appointment of Bill Stewart to the alcoholic beverage board after staff said Ray and others recruited him and completed paperwork. S8 told the board he had the candidate’s paperwork and asked for a motion to appoint and to authorize Ray to sign the necessary documents; a motion and second were made and the chair called the motion carried.
