Dalhart City Council voted to authorize an interlocal agreement with the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission (PRPC) so PRPC can apply for the 2026 Texas Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Downtown Revitalization Program. The resolution, introduced under agenda item 2, passed on a voice vote with no opposition recorded.
