The Rhinelander Common Council approved Resolution 2026-79 on Aug. 10 to accept an ambulance billing services contract with EMS Management Consultants, Inc., along with a related collections agreement with Lifeline Collections. The motion was moved by Thomas Barnett and seconded by Luke Kramer; the recorded vote was 6 Aye, 0 Nay with two absences.
