Council certifies O'Brien County TIF indebtedness
The Hartley City Council approved the annual O'Brien County Tax Increment Finance indebtedness certification with a unanimous 5-0 vote during the Nov. 18 special session.

Councilmember Ron Hengeveld moved to approve the Annual O'Brien County Tax Increment Finance indebtedness certification; the motion was seconded by Mary Westphalen and passed unanimously. The council's roll call reflects ayes from Cotter, Hengeveld, Dolphin, Westphalen and Galm.
